What we collect and why
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, service interest and project message. Please do not include sensitive personal information. We use these details to answer your enquiry and coordinate your requested project.
Processing and sharing
Enquiries are sent to our business email using our website hosting and email providers. WhatsApp and social media links take you to services with their own privacy policies. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand anonymised and aggregated website usage, including navigation, clicks and page interaction. Clarity may use cookies or similar technology. This information helps us improve usability and does not include the content entered into the enquiry form. Microsoft processes this data under its privacy statement.
Retention and your choices
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, or to ask about retention. Information may need to be retained where necessary to fulfil a project or meet legal obligations.
Website security
The form uses validation and submission limits. A hashed network identifier and submission timestamps are used temporarily to reduce spam. Avoid submitting confidential documents through the enquiry form.
